ResPulse helps residents build and manage their financial health through credit visibility & personalized guidance.


Currently, residents can enroll in a rent reporting service during lease signing to improve their credit score, but residents can only see the effects of the service after the fact, with little insight into how their score is changing or what they can do to improve it.


As the sole designer, I’m building Resident Pulse from the ground up as a platform where residents can understand their financial health, track their progress, and take action to improve it.

Key Contributions include:

  • Exploring early concepts with AI (Claude, v0, Lovable) to rapidly iterate

  • Building directly in Cursor, turning designs into a working product that serves as the final deliverable and foundation for developer handoff.

  • Navigating legal and compliance constraints throughout the design process, balancing resident & product needs
